Our sport shorts are crafted by gymnasts of the past for the gymnasts of the future, addressing the common issues of baggy or too-short shorts that can interfere with movement.
These spandex workout shorts are made from an 80% nylon, 20% Spandex activewear performance fabric, designed to fit tight and stay in place, allowing the wearer to work out comfortably. The no-itch, polyester nylon-spandex blend stretches easily, providing greater freedom of movement. The 1-inch waistband holds fast without squeezing, and the shorts have a longer leg than most girls' gymnastics shorts, making them perfect for gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, yoga, acrobatics, and team apparel.

When it comes to sizing, it's important to note that gymnastic apparel is designed to fit tightly. Please refer to the Destira Sizing Chart to find the perfect fit, and remember to size up if in doubt. Destira gymnastic shorts are true to your gymnast's clothing size, so if she's wearing a Child Large (12) in regular clothing, she'll wear the same in these Destira shorts.
For care instructions, hand wash the shorts inside out in cold water using a mild detergent and hang them to dry. Avoid using granular detergent, fabric softener, or bleach, and do not iron.
